Teri’s love for yoga began over 20 years ago. Starting as a new form of exercise, yoga soon became a lifestyle change and a way to find more balance in her very busy life as well as build strength and flexibility. Her motto is, ‘yoga helps to free us from the burdens of the mind even if its only for an hour’. Teri’s classes will leave you with an absolute awareness that you can take off the mat and into your life. Her practice becomes a meditation in action and will open you to experience your own inner power. Her intention is to share the incredible physical benefits of yoga in a way that’s accessible and comfortable, to demonstrate that you don’t need high impact workouts to stay in shape. She encourages her students to practice both her yin and yang style classes to achieve equanimity both mind, body and soul.
