Debbie Zweep (she/her/elle)

Deb has been practicing yoga since 1999, she found “her people” when she entered a Moksha studio in Winnipeg, MN and fell in love with the heat and everything about this practice now called Modo! She has been a teacher of Yoga since 2005 and has many different yoga teacher training certifications and Modo is her love. She owned Moksha Yoga Stratford from 2009-2014 and then opened Modo Yoga Thunder Bay with her son, Myles Ball in April 2015 with the support of her family especially her life partner, Jim Ball.

She is a feminist who leads the work of FAYE Peterson House as their Director. She is a mother first to Justin and Myles, whom she loves fiercely as she does their children Parker, Alexis, Lucas and Carter!
